In Champagne, Switzerland, the Cornu family has been cultivating the art of baking for three generations. A small family property, the old village bakery has become an international company. To tell the story of this adventure and pass on its know-how, the Cornu company decided to open an interactive museum, as close as possible to its production workshops. Visitors, young and old, are invited to discover the history of this family, the trades, traditions and production techniques, through different types of media.
