Sélestat, a city labeled as a place of art and history, is home to the Maison du Pain d’Alsace and offers a journey through the ages to discover the secrets of bread in an exceptional building dating from 1522, the setting for a museum created by the Association de la Maison du Pain d’Alsace. It is also a bakery where kougelhopfs, composite breads, pretzels and other specialities are produced with care and quality by the bakers and apprentices of the House of Bread.
Our role:
Museum Manufactory was responsible for the design and construction of the entire tour route. Our team ensured the graphic and ergonomic design of audiovisuals, as well as the development and deployment of multimedia devices: playful interactive terminals, interactive model of a modern bakehouse, multimedia show in the legendary hall of the bakers’ brotherhood. We also produced the printed elements which include the entire window sticker, a mural timeline, explanatory panels and all the labels of the route.
